CrossFit Nordic and the Epic Chipper of 14.4

The criticism of last Workout was loud but on the forums you can hear every box reporting, No Injury, No Drama. Yes people are sour but that does not stop them for doing an epic Chipper of 60 cal of Row, 50 Toes 2 Bar, 40 Wall-Balls, 30 Cleans and 20 Muscle-Ups. By far the most dramatic journey yet during the 14’s but what will 14.5 have in store for us.
