The CrossFit industry is full of great people. I can’t stress it enough that anyone should go out and visit a new local Box, you will run into amazingly friendly people. No egos allowed in the Boxes. That goes for CrossFit Södra Station and Marcus who welcome us with open arms and well inside, many other people too.

CrossFit Södra Station is also pretty new but the word on the street is already good. CrossFit Sydkusten hangs there and CrossFit Kalmar have mention them too. I defiantly recommend a visit.
